Totally forgot, day 2 of not smoking. It’s not much, I know but it’s a start :-)
Kicking goals
I stood of the scales this morning for the first time in a month, Super happy with the outcome. 7kgs lighter. First goal of 2 months healthy eating, check. Bring on the next 2 of gym sessions to get some muscle back, baby!
